Job description / Role
Handover & Operation expert is accountable for the smooth transition from the project to a contractually and statutory compliant revenue operation ready project to The Employer.
Main Deliverables:
* He/she is responsible for preparing the following documents:
* Overall Project Handover Plan,
* TOC Acceptance Criteria Register
* Physical Assets Handover sequences & planning,
* Taking Over Certificate achievement process
* Performance Certificate achievement process
* Operator requirements report
* Defect Notification Period Management Plan
* Spare Parts Management Plan
* Consortium Production As-Build Records Plan,
* Consortium Operations Training Plan,
* All the Interface management and coordination procedures related to the above plans;
Principal Tasks:
* Ensure close coordination and collaboration with the Operator
* Produce maintain and update the Main Deliverables,
* Ensure that the various handover plans are implemented by QDVC and Alstom,Monitor the performance of QDVC and Alstom in delivering their handover documents, and coordinate accordingly.
* Ensure smooth handover of commissioned systems to the Employer and its operator.

Requirements
* Engineering Degree holder
* At least 15 year experience in the railway construction industry.
* Past experience of at least 2 projects comparable in size, in complexity and in the field of urban public transportation (Metro or Tramway)
* Proven experience in tramway or metro operations.
* Proven experience in tramway or metro transport systems engineering is recommended.
