Job description / Role
1. Develops, plans, implements, and administers division goals and budgets.
2. To restructure and manage business units under to run efficiently and profitably.
3. improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being.
4. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
5. Oversee and direct projects and business units’ operations from conception to completion
6. In-depth review of operations /Projects to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
9. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licences
10. Analyse, manage and mitigate risks.
Requirements
University Qualifications: Bachelor in Civil Engineering + MBA
Other certifications obtained: PMP
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 15 Years of Experience in related field
Gender Preference: Male
