Job description / Role
My client is a leading Real Estate Company currently working on $2 billion development in Qatar. They are seeking an Operations Manager to manage the entire asset once completed.
Your prime responsibility will be developing an integrated and innovative operation strategy for the seamless operation of the asset (both commercial and residential) aligned with the leasing-strategy and long term strategic objectives of the organization. The successful candidate will prepare, manage, monitor and control the asset operation budget, procurement, invoicing and resources. You will also plan, recruit, procure, manage and maintain resources required for the asset’s operation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Hospitality Management and 10 years of experience in a leadership role with a high-end Hotel. Being a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or equivalent will greatly enhance your application.
