Job description / Role
Our client is a international Cosmetics company looking for an Operations Manager to be based in Qatar. This candidate will be in charge of defining Product commercial policies in the country. The Operations Manager defines and follows the product sales growth policy in Qatar to ensure that sales target is achieved and forecast and manage the annual commercial budget. This candidate would be responsible for the management of the field force team. The role will expect people to manage the negotiation and deals with key pharmacies. The Operations Manager will manage his / her direct reports as well as deal with Qatar distributor, Key stakeholders from the main chain pharmacies/ medical accounts.
Requirements
The candidate must be based in Qatar with over 5 years in a similar role within Cosmetics, Skincare or Pharmacy. Knowledge of sales, operations, team management and financial functions are essential. The candidate must speak English and Arabic fluently.
