Job description / Role
Oversee operational activities at every level. Strategize process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule. Responsible for ensuring the quality of company's service meet or exceed customer expectations. Job will be based in head office and on site ( Airport).
Salary:
QAR
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
A candidate who constantly looks for ways to engage their employees and make the workplace more effective and efficient. Must possess excellent leadership skills, social skill and knowledge of actively listening. Understand finances, supply chain management, workflow and staffing.
