Job description / Role
Our client,a leading international Engineering consultancy is seeking a capable Operations Manager to manage and lead their Qatar office. The successful candidate will come from a Civil Engineering background within Design for large consultancies as well as a strong record in leading, managing, developing and motivating employees to ensure a high performance. You will have at least 10+ years relevant professional experience at this level with a proven successful leadership roles.
