General Management
Property & Real Estate
• Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of all soft services, including overseeing cleaning, catering, landscaping, waste management, and reception services.
• Service Delivery: Ensure all services are delivered efficiently, meet agreed-upon service levels (SLAs), and comply with quality standards.
• Staff & Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate direct and vendor staff, ensure they are trained, and manage contractor performance and contract compliance.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to relevant health and safety regulations, local legislation, and infection control guidelines.
• Budget & Finance: Manage soft services budgets, control costs, and contribute to financial planning to meet profit targets.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and that services meet their expectations.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control systems and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on performance, service delivery, and operational issues for management.
Requirements:
• Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff and contractors.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and team interactions. Excellent knowledge of contract execution and requirements
• Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational capabilities to manage complex operations and schedules.
• Experience: More than 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry in the GCC, preferably in Qatar. Previous experience in projects run under a managing agent
• Certification: BICS certified
Salary:
QAR
15,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
