Job description / Role
- Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of Vehicles & Equipment
- Responsible for supervising the drivers/helpers and guiding them on their day-to-day work schedule.
- Maximum utilization of available resources to achieve the set targets.
- Ensure proper upkeep, repair and maintenance of all the vehicle, bins, skips and equipment.
- Responsible to prepare monthly duty roaster.
- Enforce proper safety standards at met and maintained.
- Coordinate with Other team (internal & external) in carrying out Preventive and Corrective maintenance as per schedule or as required
- Responsible to Maintain all the Data’s incl. Operation Logs, Maintenance Reports, Third Party Reports/Documents etc.
- Provide & Maintain Daily/Monthly/Annual Report as required.
- Responsible for creating standard operating procedures.
- Supervising the Operations with team of drivers/helpers in an efficient way on day-to-day basis.
- Should perform under various condition on 24/7 basis.
- Implement waste collections operations in a systematic & planned manner.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor
- 5-7 Years’ experience in the waste/recycling or services industry.
- Strong knowledge on vehicle routing and scheduling.
- Recommend and implement suitable operations improvement programs.
- Communicate effectively and work within a team.
- Handle stress, deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Computer skills (MS office).
