What you will be doing:

- Assist customers with menu selection, recommendations, and take accurate food orders
- Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet
- Punch food and beverage orders on to the point of sale system like Micros POS
- Organize guest pickups on completion of meals in a timely manner
- Assist the manager to achieve high scores on guest satisfaction surveys, recognize repeat guests and follow standard procedures

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Hotel Management diploma
- Years' experience of work within the hotel industry
- Ability to communicate with guests and anticipate their needs
- Ability to smile and diffuse anger naturally
- Have enthusiastic and positive personality
- Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products and services
