Organisational Design Projects Officer - Qatar Airways - Doha

You will be responsible to participate in all scheduled and ad hoc projects of the department, maintains a repository for project-specific data, in order to monitor adherence to project schedules and report the status of projects. Assists with departmental projects; preparing plans- Gathers and compiles information from multiple sources in order to provide business documentation support, including report writing, presentation creation, spreadsheet preparation, scanning and distribution of such materials. Implement mutually convenient meetings with the team to meet overall job requirements, communicating objectives, satisfactorily answering queries and gaining confidence and cooperation of the team. Assists in the identification of organizational change requirements, contributing to project scope and terms of reference for organization review exercises as and when required.

Operational: Accountable for the collation and update in the Database of all organizational charts across the QR Group and its subsidiaries. Provides support with the development of comprehensive updated JD library, mapping new roles against existing/new jobs, Works on all databases in terms of updating and administration in order to ensure consistency and improvements. Familiar with using the HAY evaluation methodology for evaluating the job roles. Responsible to effectively conduct analysis to support job ranking through constant liaison with the team, verifying written data to actual size of the job. Secure the timely and accurate production and agreement of concise and complete job descriptions, which are acceptable to the jobholder and achieves comprehensive understanding of the job which facilitates the communication of the job purpose and its accountabilities.

Requirements

To be Successful in this role you need to hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources field. Preferred and a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience. You will also need to have a good knowledge of HR systems. And, good communication and influencing skills to use especially with internal stakeholders.
