Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Organizational Development Specialist (Human Capital)

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, leading largescale organization development projects
- Identifying, designing, and implementing organizational development solutions in Oil & Gas /Petrochemical Industry.
- Hands on experience on developing competency frameworks and models.
- Succession planning experience with knowledge of identifying talent pool and setting incentivizing programs
- Job Families Creation and development
- Leadership development and learning programs
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Leadership Assessment and development.
