Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers and businesses.
- Be available to customers, approach and maintain good relations with assigned territory customers/accounts.
- Interface with customers, share company profile and strength, establish relations, do customer needs assessment, present strengths of product and solutions.
- Maintain visibility as per demand and expected orders.
- Inspire influencers and decision makers at customer place for successfully closing deals.
- Study competition, communicate market information & offer attractive customer proposal.
- Maintain up-to dates sales and communicate demands.
- Liaise with the back office, services, and logistics function to ensure delivery & installation as per customer satisfaction debt recovery etc.
- Responsible customer relation management, sales growth, and expansion.
- Perform cost-benefit and need analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Knowledge of the local market and have existing connections.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Recommend adequate stock availability.
- Archive agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.


- Must be Arabic Speaker
- Must be in Qatar with NOC
- Must have a driving License
- The ideal candidate will be customer driven and with an extremely proactive and an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
