Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced PA who is seeking a challenging role within their diverse company.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and have strong administrative skills. You will be expected to be involved in a range are areas including preparation of meetings, travel planning, maintenance of confidential data and office filing, mail et al.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you will have at least 5 years PA experience and ideally some of this within the Middle East Region. You will have attention to detail and will be able to work to a deadlines and under pressure. There will be out of hours working required, so flexibility in this will be required also.
