Package Engineering Manager

Job description / Role

Engineering Dossier provides a robust and fit for purpose design that can be procured, fabricated, transported, installed, safely operated, and maintained, meeting NOC standards.

• Engineering schedule is managed. Engineering progress is controlled, reliable; engineering gates are performed with design at required maturity.
• Engineering risks are identified, listed, and managed. Engineering arbitrations and decisions are made in time.
• Package engineering team is staffed, competent and perform CPY reviews and validations in time as per contract.
• Is the focal point for all engineering subjects related to the package, including engineering scope management and change, engineering change orders, engineering manning and resources, engineering planning, progress, and budget
• Ensure that project engineering is executed in accordance with the organization’s safety regulations, with quality conformance and within schedule as per NOC standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 10-15 years’ experience in engineering field in Oil and Gas activities,
• Offshore Engineering experience, multidiscipline is required,
• Good knowledge of industry codes, standards, and legislations on HSE aspect,
• Experience in managing organizations of significant size,
• Process and safety backgrounds are preferred.
• Experience of significant project performed in an existing field is a plus
