Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Major responsibilities are to promote and ensure the Royal Family's satisfaction. She shall have the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment, placing emphasis on personnel satisfaction and delivering prompt, courteous service. She is accountable for establishing superior standard and quality service, for developing the highest level of personal professional performance and controlling, planning, organizing and directing all operations and services including food and beverage, housekeeping, guest handling and maintenance. She shall pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff (about 35 employee) to deliver the highest standard of service and presentation that meets the Royal Family's needs and expectations. She shall be involved in the hands-on day-to-day running of the Palace, which may include carrying out reception duties or serving meals if the need arises.She shall be accountable for budgeting and financial management.

Salary:
QAR 18,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The Palace Manager Job requires 7-9 years of experience gained from working at VIP families or Celebrities, excellent command of the English language both written and spoken and the highest personal presentation standards.
