Our client is a well-established and respected international law firm who is looking for a well-seasoned Corporate Commercial Bilingual Paralegal (Arabic/English) to provide exceptionally high level of support to the Partners, Associates and Senior Associates in their Qatar office.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm in a long-term position where you will be involved in a range of different matters and dealing with complex and varied caseloads within the corporate commercial team. Responsibilities include the incorporation of companies; drafting and translating of corporate commercial contracts in both Arabic and English; maintenance of corporate bibles, files, registrars and records; share transfer/change of shareholders; M and A due diligence; license renewals, amendments and case management.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a law Degree or be a qualified corporate paralegal with at least 3 years experience as a corporate paralegal within an international firm. You should be well organised, have excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, fluent in drafting and translating corporate commercial contracts Arabic to English and vice versa as well as be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. You will be committed to achieving high standards in a demanding environment and ideally have experience in Qatar or the Middle East. This opportunity would suit an enthusiastic and driven individual who has the initiative to think outside the box in relation to assisting the partners and fee earners within this reputable firm.
