Paralegal - In House (UK/AUST/NZ/US QUALIFIED)
Charterhouse is working exclusively on a new role with our client who is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced In-House Paralegal to join their expanding Legal Department, in their growing financial services legal department.
This is an exciting opportunity and varied role for a driven and hardworking Paralegal who will work alongside a number of Lawyers whilst taking on the initiative and make this role their own. You will support in legal writing and drafting, legal research, letters of engagement and compliance matters as well as KYC reviews etc. In addition, you will be involved in corporate governance, providing support such as proof-reading and reviewing various agreements, drafting resolutions and minutes as well as maintaining corporate books and records and working with NDA’s.
You will be a dedicated, proactive team player who is professional and strong communicator who is well organised. It is essential that you have a high attention to detail and are able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. A minimum 3-5 years’ experience is required preferably from banking and finance background however not essential. Candidates should already be based in Qatar with an NOC.
