Job description / Role
A leading governmental Audit institution announces its need to hire audit team leaders in the field of Audit of institutional and program performance and Audit of compliance over corporate governance, procurement, sales and tenders.

Salary:
QAR
16,000 to 24,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Housing, Annual Airplane ticket for the candidate and his family, 45 days annual leave, 7 days casual leave.
Requirements
1. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
2. At least 10 years experience in the field of performance and compliance auditing, preferably either in government accounting offices or in an international auditing and consulting firm.
3. Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
4. It is preferred to hold an international certification such as: CPA, CIA, CMA, CRMA, ACCA, CFA
5. It is preferable to have knowledge of commercial laws, governance and regulations related to tenders.
6. Ability to direct, manage and train the audit team.
7. Ability to prepare and provide training courses and to brief and train new auditors.
8. Ability to plan and implement control tasks and supervise the audit team.
9. Ability to handle work pressure, carry out tasks and prepare reports within the specified deadlines.
10. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to elicit findings and propose practical recommendations.
11. High communication skills and the ability to work with teams with diverse backgrounds.
12. strong commitment to professional ethics, professionalism and confidentiality.
13. Desire to continue learning and developing professional skills.
