Role Summary:
The company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing various digital marketing channels to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives.
• Track and report key performance metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Salary:
QAR
8,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
