Job description / Role
One of Qatar’s most successful and forward thinking Construction companies is looking to recruit a highly professional Personal Assistant to work closely alongside an experience and well thought of Project Director. The Project Director is currently managing 3 sizable construction contracts totaling in excess of 3.2 Billion QAR.
He needs to recruit someone that understands the hectic, fast paced, forever changing and complex nature that they call Construction. He needs someone to help manage, monitor, coordinate, present and delegate. You will be able to take a workload and pressure off his shoulders freeing up time by your ultra efficient view / organisation at work.
If you get stressed and struggle with 100+ e-mails a day and multiple meetings then this roles ISN’T for you. They need someone with a proactive , positive and disciplined approach to work.

There will be a tax free package on offer with Basic Salary, Housing, Vehicle, Multiple Flights, Medical and a performance bonus on offer which can range from 0-15% of salary depending on company and personal performance.
Requirements
- 5 Years of PA/ Secretarial work dealing with Board Level / Executive Management
- Strong IT & Microsoft Office Skills
- Good strong communicator & well presented
- Ability to take initiative when needed
- Ability to speak fluent Arabic & French would be advantageous but not essential
The role will have a core working hours of 8 am to 5;30 pm , with an alternate 5/6 working day week. There will be 24 Days Paid Holiday Plus Public & National Holidays in Qatar. If you are a clock watcher then this role isn’t for you as it is demanding. However with any good challenge comes the reward.
