Job description / Role
Are you an experienced planning engineer?
Are you interested in being part of one of the most prestigious civil engineering projects in the world today?
Client is a tier 1 main contractor and they are currently carrying out the construction of the Doha Metro Greenline Depot. They have an excellent job opportunity for an experienced planning engineer to help with this exciting project.
Requirements
• Construction experience with Heavy Civils Buildings and Civils construction, MEP (Rail metro will be an advantage).
• Expert knowledge in the Use of Excel (advance user) intermediate will not be considered.
• Expert user of Primavera P6
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-based discipline
• Basic understanding of best practice planning/scheduling/programming, ideally with some experience of putting basic plans/schedules/work-plans together
• A minimum of 8 years' experience on major Infrastructure/Railway & Construction projects (preferably Railways or Metro)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a tenacity to succeed
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain good professional relationships with our clients
• Able to start on a short notice (If you are based in Doha this will be an advantage)
