With a professional headcount over 10,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client has been developing projects for over 100 years, and their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country.

We are seeking to recruit a Planning / Project Controls Manager with experience on Infrastructure or Rail projects.

We are looking for a construction industry Planning Manager to manage full chain planning activities to maximize the use of resources. The goal is to reach one-set of numbers in the delivery chain.

Responsibilities and key activities that the Planning Manager is either accountable for, or responsible to execute:
- Contribute to the development of operating budgets for the production unit
- To initiate, facilitate, guide and control the programme
- To support the correct understanding of the figures and contribute raising us the issues
- To manage the data process
- Creation of management summaries
- May lead, direct, evaluate, and develop planning staff to ensure that their activities meet pre-established targets
- Maintain strong connections with other colleagues and share best practices and to understand current and future requirements.

Requirements

- A degree in Engineering
- Working currently as a Planning Manager or Project Controls Manager
- Experience in the Rail Metro Underground or Infrastructure sectors
