Planning Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage the overall planning / scheduling functions of LREDC Developments which includes LREDC Planning Team , PMCMs & other stakeholders.
- Act as a focal point to all Lusail Departments and external stakeholders for functions related to planning.
- Responsible for Development and approval of Master Programs for the LREDC Infrastructure and Building projects.
- Managing the Master programs to ensure that Updates and revisions to the implementation strategies are incorporated in the Master Program updates and revisions .
- Preparation of High level Development Programmes to support Development Department functions Capability of processing EOT claims, evaluating entitlement, preparing response and counter delay claims if applicable

Requirements

- A Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering or appropriate degree.
- Proficiency in planning software Primavera.
- Minimum 20 years of related works experience; minimum 10 years’ experience in planning/time scheduling.
- Work experience in Large infrastructure Developments and Medium to Large scale Residential,
- Commercial and Retail Building Projects –in Development , Design, Procurement , Construction & operation Phases
