Plant Manager

Job description / Role

- Monitor day to day all repairs (equipment & vehicles) in main workshop and projects.
- Ensure that all repairs are efficiently done (both time and accuracy of repair).
- Support (day to day) the sections` supervisors in trouble shooting and solving the technical problems & difficulties.
- Make sure that job cards are opened prior to start of work and closed and recorded after completion.
- Ensure that a proper record is maintained for job cards in line with the ERP procedures.
- Ensure that repairs are done at minimal cost (i.e. optimization of cost control).
- Ensure that all workshops’ Supervisors of each section are aware of their daily duties and responsibilities.
- Ensure that all the workshops’ sections are delivering the required volume with high repair standards.
- Ensure that all supervisors & technicians follow the safety rules and regulations as per the company standards.
- Monitor day to day parts requirement in collaboration with the workshops and the Logistics Manager.
- Ensure that all environmental rules and regulations are followed as per Qatari law.
- Manage manpower as per the requirements of the site and workshops.
- Ensure that all labor rules and regulations are followed as per Qatari law.

Requirements

- Minimum years of experience is 15 years experience covering the below duties.
