Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a premier engineering & construction organisation in Qatar to identify a Commercial Manager for their HQ. This role will be primarily focused on post contracts work including reviewing of claims, overseeing all contractual matters, as well as assisting with the writing of commercial and contractual terms and documents.
This role will be heavily focusing on infrastructure engineering, candidates with such experience in Qatar and the wider GCC will be preferred.
Salary:
QAR
50,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Degree qualification
• MRICS (working towards FRICS)
• 10 years post qualification experience in a senior role.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Ability to time-manage, set priorities and work to strict deadlines
• Methodical style of working
• Ability to develop and recruit staff
