Handling Production, Maintenance & Quality of a Gas Turbine Power Plant IN Qatar for an International Employer.

Are you a Power Plant Manager that has experience handling maintenance, productivity and labor management for a GAS turbine Facility?

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and able to lead a team, liaising between workers and management. Middle East Experience handling Power Projects is critical. Can you manage, drive and motivate a team?

Can you Implement strategic improvements for production, quality, and general utilization throughout the facility

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operations for power production, machinery, processing and maintenance
• Ensure that power production schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, and financial planning
• Create documentation protocols and ensure that all records of operations are properly maintained and reviewed
• Developing a plan for emergency response in case of equipment failure or other emergencies
• Overseeing the daily operations of the plant, including maintenance, repair, hiring, and firing decisions

• Following is Critical
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Operations Management or Engineering
• Able to start before the 1st of October 2024 Latest
• Happy to relocate to Qatar and have the right experience listed above
• Minimum of 8 Years Power Plant Experience

Salary:
QAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
