Morocco Recruitment Event - Premium Operations Agent - Qatar Airways - Doha

We are looking for Premium Operations Agent with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to First and Business Class passengers travelling with Qatar Airways at Hamad International Airport. You will ensure that the journey of each passenger is memorable throughout the different touch points in the Airport. You will assist in the passenger’s check-in, seat allocation, boarding pass issuance and baggage tagging. You will constantly and consistently meet/surpass the needs of the passengers and maintain Qatar Airways professional image by adhering to all applicable policies and procedures.

You will provide face to face service to Qatar Airways Premium passengers and deals with their different needs. You will answer questions and offer information covering a wide variety of airline and/or airport related topics such as connecting flight information and direction assistance.

Requirements

You have High School Diploma or Trade/ Vocational qualification with minimum 2 years of job related experience. Airport experience and knowledge on ALTEA DCS and AMADEUS systems are added advantages. You have experience in customer services in an airline/travel industry or other work area with a hospitality focus.

You are warm, cheerful, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patient to deal with different passengers coming from different walks of life. You have pleasing personality and possess excellent English communication. You are proficient in computer applications.
