Employment: Full Time

Guildhall is working with a prestigious private office in Qatar that is looking to identify an Office Manager to support the Chairman on a sheer variety of business activities.

- Working closely with the Chairman, you'll provide pro-active and wide-ranging business, administrative and PR support to the and you'll make sure the whole office runs smoothly.
- No two days will be the same. On behalf of the Chairman, you will prioritize and manage multiple requests, coordinating meetings and appointments with ever-changing schedules, as well as managing complex travel arrangements and correspondence.
- You'll have the opportunity to get involved with varied events and projects.
- From overseeing all arrangements at engagements to helping the operations team streamline the business, you'll expand your skills whilst supporting the core work of the team.
- With exposure across the organisation, you'll liaise daily with colleagues at all levels, and will build relationships with a range of external contacts and key stakeholders.
- You will always be working on high-profile projects, so attention to detail and reputation will always be a priority.

Salary:
QAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

In order to excel in this role, applicants must have the following experience, qualifications and skills:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or a similar role
- Experienced in evaluating employees
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Able to travel internationally
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
