Job description / Role

- All visa-related processing (application, follow-up, stamping,etc)
- Medical & finger-printing of employees
- Civil ID & health card renewal
- Expert in Hukoomy.
- Processing of Licenses/business permit for the hotel
- Processing of traffic regulation/requirements ,assisting for driver licenses application
- Ministry of health requirements and inspection
- Coordinating visa status on a regular basis, including new government updates and requirements for working visa , family visa & business visa
- Presents timely and accurate consolidation of processing expenses report to accounts HR In-charge at the end of each cut-off.
- Ensures each associates has an updated immigration file
- Ensures timely processing of all government –related requirements
- Actively participates in all HR activities (associate gatherings ,team building , sports fest, recognition program ,etc )
- Submit requests for all legal permits issuance and renewals (municipality ,advertisement signage, sales promotion permits ,fire department, etc )

Requirements

- Transferable Visa
- Qatar Driving License
- Perfect in Arabic/English
- Perfect in Computer Skills
- Leadership Skills
- The ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- confident decision making
- 03 years experience minimum
- Should have experience handling large number of Employees
