Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for cross-divisional purchase data quality & transparency by developing and implementing new system solutions. The role is responsible for creating and providing regular purchasing reports. Procurement controller will challenge budget, define new potentials for cost optimization, define and track the actions to secure the savings. The role will participate on creation, synchronization and developing of new processes related to procurement activities. It is an individual contributor role with a mid-term impact
- Build a central database & reporting system to achieve the transparency and potentials for the whole group of divisions (tracking and reporting of all purchasing costs at one place). Influence on future policies and procedures. Cost savings generation.
- Overtake and continue to consolidate all procurement activities for all division within the group (define the right categorization of goods and services, consolidate supplier list etc.)
- Review of all procurement processes within each division (current process flow, which procedures & authorization matrixes are followed), together with other stakeholders define new processes or synchronize/rework the existing ones
- Create and provide regular procurement reports
- Implement new system solutions for such reports (ERP Oracle system)
- Create control system for external vendors (supplier risk management)
- Create central report for budget vs actual costs (cross divisional)
- Track the planned expenditures and other expenses
- Controls and approve the purchase requisitions
- Creating, implementing and maintaining a group level procurement process
- Create regular purchasing costs analysis & reports
- Reports as required on financial data and processes outputs

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistical Analysis or Accountancy or equivalent in a business related subject or field.
- More than 5 years of experience in procurement or finance controlling
- Experience with change management
- Experience with implementing of new procedures and policies
- Experience with ERP system
- Proven cost reductions achievements
- Quick orientation
- Systematic approach and analytic thinking
- Self-driven and goal oriented
- Innovative and initiative
- Fluent English
- Computer proficiency level required (Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite & SAP or other ERP system)
