Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, solicit and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty and construction services to support project execution.
- Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, and support Sub-contracts Manager to monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
- Review agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its customers.
- Support the Senior Contracts Specialists in delivery of their requirement
- Support preparation of RFQs and coordinate the process of technical and commercial evaluation
- Reviewing and recommending contractors change requests and claims
- Manage and maintain effective and accurate records of all project contractual and commercial documentation;
- Ensure management costs reports are properly prepared that accurately reflect the actual and budget position of projects
- Analyzing and reporting on consultants and contractors cost reports, cash flows and monthly and weekly reports
- Review and recommend payments for contractors

Requirements

Qualifications

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Business Law or similar
- Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or contracts management industry accreditation is desirable
