Responsibilities
- Identify, solicit, and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty, and construction services to support project execution.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, prepare contracts, and support the Sub-contracts Manager to monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
- Review agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worley and its customers.
- Support the Senior Contracts Specialists in the delivery of their requirements.
- Support preparation of RFQs and coordinate the process of technical and commercial evaluation.
- Review and recommend contractors' change requests and claims.
Experience
- Previous experience in the relevant discipline, in the same or similar industry, including experience in brownfield projects.
- Minimum 8 years of project execution experience in the oil and gas and/or construction industries.
Education
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Business Law, or similar.
- Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or contracts management industry accreditation is desirable.
