My client is a top western cost consultancy that has been operating in the region for over half a century. They are currently seeking a Procurement Manager to join the team in Qatar and work on one of the most ambitious rail projects in the World.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree and 10 - 15 years experience in pre-contract procurement and sub contracting, preferably for an engineering or cost consultancy. You need to possess experience in writing procedures and have a familiarity with design, quantity surveying and rail. The successful candidate will have change management experience and be well versed in soft project implementation.
