Job description / Role

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious product manager to take a leading role in building an AI?powered investment intelligence platform from the ground up. You’ll work directly with experienced investment professionals and AI engineers to turn complex institutional needs into a trusted, high?impact product.
The role suits someone with 3–5 years of product experience, strong curiosity, and the energy to thrive in a fast?moving startup environment. You’ll shape the product direction, drive discovery, and help establish the foundations of a scalable platform and product organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery
• Translate high-level strategic mandates into validated product opportunities
• Lead continuous discovery with institutional users
• Define product direction using evidence, experimentation, and client feedback
• Balance AI innovation with real-world adoption constraints

Client & Market Engagement
• Act as the primary product representative with institutional stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with senior investment professionals
• Clearly communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
• Gather market insight to inform roadmap and positioning

Execution & Team Leadership
• Partner closely with engineering and AI teams to deliver outcomes
• Guide product development without relying on formal authority
• Establish lightweight product processes suitable for an early-stage venture
• Hire and develop key early product/design talent

What Success Looks Like
• Launch of a credible MVP adopted by at least one institutional client
• Demonstrated evidence that AI insights influence investment decisions
• Strong stakeholder trust in the product and leadership, with a scalable foundation for market expansion

Essential
• 3–5 years of product management experience in B2B, enterprise, fintech, or data/AI?driven products
• Proven experience launching products used by sophisticated or regulated clients
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and data-driven products

Preferred
• Exposure to institutional investment workflows (due diligence, portfolio management, ESG, risk)
• Experience operating in emerging markets or cross-cultural settings
• Background in early-stage ventures or innovation labs
