Job description / Role
• Prepare valid production plans in line with all given parameters.
• Implement standard operational procedures and apply quality references.
• Review job orders and material allocations required for fabrication.
• Resolve all disputes with all concerned departments and maintain smooth communications.
• Prepare periodical production schedules for all production lines.
• Prepare production reports and assessments.
• Manage team work productivity and performance and provide adequate training and motivation plans for workers.
• Maintain maximum machining productivity and safe work environment.
• Verify materials loaded to job site.
Requirements
• B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum experience of 10 years, preferred in Architectural Aluminum Industry.
• Qualified skills and personality for supervising diversified production process.
• Full operational awareness of all related machining & equipment & trouble shooting.
• Practical experience in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Industrial software applications.
• Professional communication skills in English Language.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Multitasking Skills.
