Production Officer (Marketing Materials)

Job description / Role

Purpose:
Responsible for the production of various marketing materials through suppliers ensuring the production is in line with the marketing strategy and fulfilling the stakeholders’ requirements of quality cost and time.

Accountabilities:

Operations
- Coordinate with Events and other stakeholders within the Marketing department for the preparation of materials related to marketing and branding requirements of Company
- Responsible for printing and finalization of materials such as posters, banners, brochures, mugs, etc.
- Identify key suppliers that offer high quality services and are cost-efficient
- Assist in the coordination of tendering and purchasing of all services in coordination with

Procurement
- Ensure that materials are being produced according to requirements and in a timely manner
- Collect finished materials from suppliers and distribute to the different stakeholders within the Marketing department
- Provide similar services to other departments when required
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance performance and quality of work with a view of stakeholders’ expectations.

Health, Safety & Environment
- Follow all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (PR, Media related major)
- 2 - 4 years of experience in marketing materials production.

- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Good Arabic & English communication skills, both written and verbal
