Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Ability to adjust products designs and make it ready for printing.
• Efficient & experienced user pre-press software such as illustrator and Photoshop.
• Preview printing or press jobs before printing
• Mock-up preparation and development.
• Product & production cost estimation.
• Knowledge of products different material and the impact of these material on production.
• Colour management through production machine software.
• Tune machine settings for optimal and high-quality production.
• Management and operation of digital printing & press production machines, including but not limited to the following, to ensure high quality digital production products (ex. Posters, Brochures, Banners, Cups, Flyers, Stickers, Business cards, etc.)
• Digital press & production Printers
• UV Printers
• Wide Format Printers
• Die-cutting Machines
• Hydraulic Cutters
• Binder
• Creaser
• Laminator
• Heat press
• Inventory management including but not limited to monitoring all substrates levels and consumables.
• Coordination with substrate suppliers to ensure best quality substrates with most optimal cost.
• Contact and follow-up with machines vendors/services team in case some of the machines became faulty.
• Machines maintenance scheduling and supervision.
• Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints.
• Follow prioritization of jobs according to deadlines on work orders.
• Solve quality problems and troubleshoot issue with machines support team.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on printing equipment as required.
• Keep work area clean and tidy, organize work orders, hardcopies, and samples.
• Report all machine breakdowns immediately to direct supervisor complete required production and sales staff as required.
• Assist in finishing department, as required.


• At Least 3 years of experience in Printing/press Production
