Contingent Upon Award of Contract

Purpose and Scope:

The Program Manager has overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the operation. Accountable for production, supply, production control/planning and quality management aspects of operation. Acts as primary point of contact for customers at the work site level.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provides direction and leadership to all site assigned personnel.
- Prepares and submits site labor/non-labor budgets, forecast estimated costs and control subcontractors.
- Controls service contracts in support of site operations
- Manages all department managers/staff assigned to site operations.
- Manages and coordinates research and investigations into business problems.
- Provides guidance and assistance relative to operating problems and projects.
- Oversees scheduling of work assignment and workloads in accordance with operational tasking and maintenance requirements.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

- Have Minimum of 15 Years experience at the PM or Deputy PM level in related O&M support services and/or facilities management.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing O&M support services to large facilities or operations (greater than 10 Million annual operations).
- Hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering/construction/facilities/contracts or related field with equivalent schools' training/certifications.
- Hold a certificate from either IFMA as a CFM, BOMI International as a FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a CPMM ;
- Clearance: Must possess a Secret Security Clearance .
