Job description / Role
Purpose: Oversee the management of project control systems including schedule, KPIs and report on progress vs targets to the relevant stakeholders to ensure control systems are effectively in place. Review all schedules submitted by PMC and other consultants and recommend changes based on corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute the functional strategy in line with the departmental strategy to ensure the achievement of departmental objectives in due course, cost and quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of the departmental annual business and operating plans, and KPIs
- Oversee development of initial high-level design and construction budget of all of projects in the feasibility phase to estimate costs, project cash flows and capital requirements
- Implement functional policies, systems, procedures and controls to ensure objectivity, efficiency and effectiveness of operations
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering / Quantity Surveyor or in a similar discipline
- 10 – 12 years in Project Control Systems / Project Planning with 3 yrs. in
- Extensive experience in Project Control Systems and reporting
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
