Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator to work for an interior retail fit-out company

Job description:
• Experience in Retail / Interior fit-out Projects is required
• European or Middle Eastern is fine as long with good communication skills
• Middle East or Qatar working experience is preferred
• Identify all design and commercial parameters (signage, materials, shopfront, constructions, commercials section, entrances and fitting rooms) and handle them in coordination with Building Management and Brand Managers, client, and other public authorities.
• Will be handling Retail / Interior projects during the design up to construction phase and ensures that all project parameters and schedules are met.
• Communicate commercial and technical requirements such as As-built drawings, LOD, Design manual, and other, to ensure that work is in compliance with the overall project schedule and updating the planning.
• Receive final drawings from Brand designers and submit them to respective Building management for approval in coordination with MEP consultants.
• Assist in construction permits, launch construction work on site, guide site personnel, monitor their day to day work while ensuring that compliance with quality, safety and security standards at all times.
• Supervise the compilation and effective rectification of snag list (if required).
• Coordinate with the project manager with the logistic and delivery of materials and panels on site.
• Functionally reports to the PM of the project as responsible for the IC project with defined constrains in terms of time, cost and quality for the particular project.
• Work across the different departments (procurement, logistic, production, QC) acting as "facilitator".
• Assist in handover of the completed jobs

Requirements

Salary Range:
10,000 to 14,000 QAR monthly
