Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Qatar based real estate developer who is looking to hire a proven Project Director to lead the execution of a number of high profile projects coming up within their pipeline.
Reporting into the Senior Director of Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects execution. You will continually ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, sustainability and HSE standards through close management and coordination with the PMC. External contractors will need to be managed during execution and a review of their performance will be undertaken to ensure that all contractual requirements are met.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 15 years working experience at least 7 of which in a senior position. It is essential you have a proven track record of leading the delivery of high profile real estate projects from cradle to grave.
