Project Director - Royal Palace - Qatar
Our client is a revered International building contractor operating in Qatar. They have several high profile projects in the country and are now in the design phase of a brand new prestigious Royal Palace project valued between 4.5-6Bn QAR.
They have need of an experienced Project Director, to be based in Doha to lead the operational of this brand new project. A high level of knowledge and experience is required with a specific focus being on Palace projects in the region. The company will offer an extremely competitive salary and a long term position.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in a Project Manager / Project Director roles. It is essential that you have experience with major construction contracting companies in the Middle East. It is essential that you have managed major Royal / Palace projects in the region previously.
Requirements
* Experience working in the Middle East for a major contractor
* A minimum of 15 years experience in a Project Manager/Director role.
* Being based locally is an advantage
* Degree qualification essential
* Experience successfully completing a Royal Palace project
