Job description / Role
An opportunity to work on the prestigious FIFA world cup 2022 world cup project for a local grade "A" main contractor.
Our Company is expecting to Interview, select & employ qualified & highly experienced professional as Project Director for Football Stadium Project.
The ideal candidate should have sufficient experience in construction of large Stadium Projects From Mobilization to Commissioning
Due to some visa restrictions my client would prefer suitable professionals from the nationalities such as Irish, Scottish, British ,Greek, South African, Turkey or any other European Countries.
Candidate with any GCC Country Company experiences would be highly preferable.
Salary & Befits - Negotiable with candidate at interview stage but an indication of current package will be expected to share
Requirements
Please look at following requirement expected by our Management when selecting right candidate for the vacant position:
•Master or Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed University with Sound Academic Merits.
•Over 20 years’ total experience in Civil Construction large scale complex Projects, particularly Stadiums, High Rise Towers, Malls, Hospitals, etc.
•Sound Experience in construction & commissioning of large Stadium project which has Civil Structures & Steel Roofing with high level finishing.
•Sound Knowledge in Designs, Planning, Steel works, etc.
•Ability to lead manage multinational employees .
•Ability to meet the milestones of the project within Commercial Constrain.
•Ability to coordinate & Manage Sub Contractors and JV Partners.
•Ability to Manage Client & Consultants
•Excellent written and oral communications.
