Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and maintain project plans, project schedules and project budgets.
- Oversee the research and documentation of the regulatory and code requirements related to the project.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of project coordination meeting schedules.
- Organize and chair the project kick-off meeting.
- Organize and manage significant, multiple, simultaneous projects in multidisciplinary environment.
- Manage administrative and supervisory personnel assigned to project. Accept professional responsibility, in their area of expertise, for projects completed under their direct supervision. When appropriate, or manpower scheduling requires.
- Ensure project standards and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
- Manage the performance of the project team to achieve high standards of design and documentation.
- Responsible for the coordination of all KEO departments and consultants for projects.
- Ensure that project correspondence and design documentation is kept orderly and complete at all times.
- Have primary responsibility to assure completion of projects within budgets.
- Have the primary responsibility of assuring proper and complete communication with the client.
- Ensure Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed, and fulfilled.
- Ensure project is properly closed out in accordance with the established company policy.
- Assist in business development (marketing) activities as directed by the Division Director, VP Marketing, Technical Director, CEO or President.

Requirements

A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from an accredited University with internationally recognized professional credential in Project Management.
