Job description / Role
Client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a large Palace project. The position will be with a large Main contractor based in Qatar. My client works exclusively with the Qatari Government on large build projects across the country with the average project totaling QAR 700+ Mill.
This project will be focusing on a large palace project which is currently in the Design stage.
Requirements
* Must have a minimum 20 years experience
* GCC experience is essential
* Experience of working on high end finishes on Hotel or Palace projects
* Good understanding of the Middle Eastern Market
* Previous experience must be from a contractor side
* Degree qualification is a must
* Good English and communication skills.
