Job description / Role
QNB Group, the biggest bank in Qatar, and a leading financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, is looking to hire a Project Manager, to meet the requirements of the expansion of its office in QNB - Qatar, Doha.

Role Description:
A key objective of the role is to successfully deliver projects, act as role model, and provide direct project management mentoring/ support as necessary to other project team members. Additionally, the project manager must support the ongoing enhancement of the PMO as guided by head of PMO, including activities related to the management of the strategic portfolio of projects, as well as other key bank-wide initiatives such as annual planning and performance management (KPI) exercises.
Requirements
The ability to build strong, effective relationships at all levels is important, as is the ability to work in a demanding, changing, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will have solid project management experience, ideally with PRINCE2 or PMP, and good experience/ knowledge of the banking sector. Understanding of a ‘consultancy driven’ approach or experience of working within a consultancy house is also valued.
