Job description / Role
Objectives: Over all Management of contractors and prime contact with employer and engineers
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects related to civil construction in petrochemical or power plants, industrial or commercial buildings, roads and bridges constructions. Must have managed projects min. of 500 to 1,000 personnel
• Good Knowledge on Project planning and scheduling activities
• Good knowledge of Engineering detailing and preparation of shop drawings
• Conversant with Contract Administration / budget and cost control principles
• Knowledge on ISO standard requirement
Secondary duties and responsibilities:
• Comply with safety standards during all stages of project execution to avoid any type incidents and or accidents.
• Take reasonable care of own health and safety and for the others in the workplace.

Requirements
University Qualifications: Civil Engineering Degree – 5 years program
Other certifications obtained: MMUP GRADE A OR B
Nature and length of previous experience: Min. of 15-20 years experience with 5 to 10 years as Project Manager.
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Must have interpersonal skills
• Must have good communication skills
• A dynamic leader
