Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading Qatar based real estate developer who is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to work on an impressive portfolio of projects.
Reporting into the Director of Project Management, the Project Manager will assist in the execution of projects ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to along with the approved design throughout the construction phase. Day-to-day management of consultants and contractors will be a key responsibility.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a minimum of 8 years work experience, at least 3 of which should be in a senior role. Proven experience in managing and executing high profile projects is a must. Only candidates coming with direct client side or client rep experience will be considered.
