Job description / Role
• Maintaining excellent and trusted relationship with key customers, clients and consultants.
• Approach leads and lighting projects in the market.
• Formulate objectives, and develop strategies for projects, and to increase market share
• Study lighting inquiries and manage to prepare Lighting proposals & solutions complying to the lighting standards and client requirements
• Communication with the suppliers
• Reporting to the General Manager
Requirements
• Engineering or Business degree at a University level
• Experience at least 12 years in the lighting industry including at least 3 years on projects.
• A solutions oriented individual
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Significant technical sales and customer applications experience
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to identify optimal go-to-market strategy in various situations
• Proven track record of sales achievement, driving growth and results
• Ability to leverage internal and external resources to overcome obstacles and meet sales goals
• Strong work ethic, ability to produce results under pressure
• Have a Passion for Winning. Never gives up in the face of resistance or setbacks with an insatiable curiosity for learning.
• Competitive, strategic, and global mindset. Strong problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of business drivers and demonstration of business acumen
