Job description / Role
Purpose: To successfully plan & manage all aspects of project including profitability, timely and cost effective completion while providing a place of work that is safe and free from risk to health and safety and maintaining quality standards.
This role is also responsible for the promotion of healthy client relations with the objective of preserving the company image and securing further related works.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline & PMP(Generic) Certification along with relevant specialization in Prima Vera / QHSE(Level 1) / Cost Control / Commercial.
- 13-15 years experience in Construction.
- Have experience managing a construction site or part of construction site or project.
- Minimum 5 years experience in management or technical support role (e.g. project financial management system, safety requirements, quality standards, contract arrangement, etc.).
- Experience working with contractors is must.
